2024 AYSO Fall Registration - All Registration is done Online & Paid

For Boys and Girls Ages 3yrs-18yrs

Registration Dates: April 7, 2024 -June 17, 2024
After June 18th all players will be put on a Waitlist to fill teams.
U16/U19 Players will want to register (not pay) to be put on a Waitlist until we form teams.

Registration Fees:  $165 (Cypress resident) - $185 (Non-Cypress resident)
AYSO National Fees (non-refundable) $25 for all 2024-2025 players included in price
Players with Disabilities "EPIC" $25
Playground (3-4 yrs. old) $105


Our fees for a quality soccer program are extremely low only because we are an all volunteer organization, however,
     * NO coaches = NO teams, and NO referees = NO games,
     * We provide all the necessary training and support at no cost, so please volunteer - we are all here for the kids!
     * Players will be places on teams in priority of their registration date,
     * Teams are formed based on  the number of qualified Coaches!

How to register? 

You must register online:

1.  Create a log-in by clicking on the "register now" button at the top right of the webpage with a valid email address. *Returning players        please make sure the name on the account or any names of players you are registering match. The new Blue Sombrero system matches     FIRST and LAST name as well as DATE OF BIRTH, so be exact as last season registration.

 2.  Create a Primary/Family account. This is a household account that the user will use to be able to register players as well as invite                       volunteers to aid with the player's team.

 3.  Add participants from each household to that account, this will include players and other volunteers.

4.  COMPLETE ALL FORMS  BE SURE TO E SIGN THE FORM AND HIT SUBMIT, THEN VIEW/VERIFY FOR ACCURACY AND HIT     SUBMIT AGAIN TO FINALIZE.

5.  Print all email and receipts.

6.  ALL payments are made on-line at time of registration/

7.  Upload birth certificate and player photo.

8.  U16/U19 Players will register (not pay) to be placed on a Waitlist until we form teams. We will notify you to complete the registration     process with payment.

BIRTH CERTIFICATES REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS

We are required by AYSO National to do a one-time verification of all players birth dates through their birth certificate.  Please upload a copy of the player's birth certificate when you register if you did not upload it last fall. Once it is verified the birth certificate will be removed from the system and deleted. The system will not let you proceed until you upload the birth certificate.

PAY BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
Once application is complete (including e-signature), you may pay online by credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit card, you can utilize a temporary gift style card with a Visa or Mastercard logo that can be purchased at most retailers.

Refund Policy:

Please complete a separate form (below) for each player that you are requesting a refund.  Refunds must be submitted no later than July 31, 2024 to be eligible for a full refund (minus a $25 administration fee per player). Refunds will be processed and mailed out no later than September 30, 2024.

No refunds will be given once the player is placed on a team for All Divisions

THERE IS NO REFUND OF THE $25.00 PLAYER FEE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. 
This is mandated by AYSO National.
