• ⚽ Start of Shift (Check-In): Pick up your vest at the Volunteer Tent and sign in via the QR Code. Important: Verify that the safety cones in the Arnold parking lot are set up properly to block parking in prohibited zones.
• ⚽ Be Available: Remain visible and available for assistance for the duration of your shift.
• ⚽ Referee Verification: Walk to the field before match kick-off to verify a full referee crew (Center + 2 ARs). If missing, report it immediately to the board member on call or the Game Day Form.
• ⚽ General Monitoring: Walk the fields, monitor for any issues/concerns, and pick up trash to keep our "Kids Zone" clean.
• ⚽ Monitor Safety: Look out for injuries, field safety concerns, or rule violations (e.g., pets, tobacco use, motorized bikes/scooters or alcohol).
• ⚽ End of Shift (Digital Report): Complete the **Game Day Field Marshal Form** (linked below) to log your shift and pass the vest on to the next volunteer.
• ⚽ Escalate: Call the Board Member on call immediately if serious issues or emergencies arise.
• Please note: Field Marshal volunteers must be adults aged 18 and over. 

Board Member Support

You are never alone! Each weekend, **3 Board Members** are assigned as "Board Members On Call." They open/close fields and are available within 15 minutes for issues. Their contact information will be in the Field Marshal Binders at each field.
