To ensure your sponsorship is processed correctly, please follow these guidelines when emailing your form to [email protected].

• Email Subject Line: Sponsorship for (Division) (Coach's Last Name)
• File Naming: (Division)_(Coach's Last Name)_(Payment Type)

Form Update & Instructions

In-Person Form Drop-Off

If you prefer to drop off your form and payment in person, we have several dates available:

• Tuesday, August 5: 5:30pm - 7:30pm @ Lexington Jr High School
• Wednesday, August 13: 5:00pm - 6:00pm @ Cypress Community Center
• Saturday, August 16: 9:00am - 11:00am @ Lexington Jr High School
