Team & Volunteer Schedules

• Picture & Volunteer Schedules: Will be distributed to coaches by September 1st. Please check with your coach for your team's specific time slot.
• Volunteer Shift Time: Your team's assigned volunteer shift will be 1 hour prior to your scheduled picture time.
• Team Photo Schedule: TBD

Auction Basket Guidelines

• Baskets must have a minimum value of $50.
• They must be presented in clear wrap and/or a container.
• Baskets must be dropped off at the Cypress Community Center on September 7th at 8:00am.

Bidding & Payment

• Bidding Window: Bidding is open from 9:00am to 2:30pm.
• Winners Announced: Winners will be announced at 3:00pm.
• Payment: We accept Credit Card, Cash, and Check.

Player & Team Instructions

1. Arrive 30 minutes early. Plan to be at the grassy area outside the Community Center well before your scheduled time.
2. Line up outside. Teams will not be allowed to line up inside the building. Players will be escorted in once the previous team has exited through a separate door.
3. Wear sneakers or slides. For the safety of the facility, NO CLEATS or SHIN GUARDS are allowed inside the building.
4. Team personnel only. Only the Coach, Assistant Coach, and Team Parent will be allowed inside with the players. All other parents must wait outside.
5. Team photos are for the team. Only registered players and certified team personnel are permitted in the official team photo.
6. Complete one form per player. A picture form for each player is mandatory, even if you are not ordering extra photos. We will provide these when your team lines up.

Handouts & Forms

This first form is MANDATORY. Each player must have this form completed and in-hand to give to the photographer, even if you are not purchasing additional photos.
