Refund Policy & Payment
Payment Options
Once your application is complete (including e-signature), you may pay online by credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit card, you can utilize a temporary gift style card with a Visa or Mastercard logo that can be purchased at most retailers.
Refund Policy
Please complete a separate form (linked below) for each player that you are requesting a refund.
- Deadline: Refunds must be submitted no later than January 31, 2026 to be eligible for a full refund (minus administration fees).
- Admin Fee: A $25 administration fee per player will be deducted.
- Processing: Refunds will be processed and mailed out no later than February 15, 2026.
- Restrictions: No refunds will be given once the player is placed on a team for All Divisions.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEE: There is NO REFUND of the $25.00 National Player Fee under any circumstance. This is mandated by AYSO National.

How to Register
All registrations must be completed online. Follow these steps to secure your spot:
- Log In or Create Account: Click the "Register Now" button at the top right of this webpage.
- Setup Household: Create a Primary/Family account. This serves as the hub for registering all players and inviting volunteers.
- Add Participants: Enter the details for every person (youth players and adult volunteers) participating.
- Complete Forms: Fill out all forms, E-sign, and click Submit. Review everything for accuracy, then click Submit again to finalize.
- Payment: Complete payment online immediately to secure registration.
- Upload Documents: Upload a birth certificate and a current headshot photo for the player.
- Confirmation: Print or save your confirmation email and receipts.
Returning Players: Ensure the First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth match your previous registration exactly. The system uses this to link your history.
ALL Players: Register for the Waitlist (do not pay yet). You will be notified to complete payment once teams are formed.

Birth Certificates
REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS
We are required by AYSO National to do a one-time verification of all players birth dates through their birth certificate.
Please upload a copy of the player's birth certificate when you register if you did not upload it last fall. Once it is verified the birth certificate will be removed from the system and deleted.
The system will not let you proceed until you upload the birth certificate.
